Ingredients

1½oz Shoal Finder Gin
1½oz Rhubarbe Fraise Liqueur
2oz club soda
lemon wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
Fill a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass with ice. Add gin, Rhubarbe Fraise, club soda and stir gently. Garnish with fresh lemon.
