Limoncello
One of our most popular products and a customer favorite! We spend the fall/winter hand zesting approximately 2,000 lemons. It is a time consuming process, but we would not change a thing! The lemon zest is added to a stainless steel barrel, where it steeps in 191 proof grain neutral spirit for a minimum of ninety days to extract the oil from the zest. We then filter and add a homemade simple syrup. The end result is a light, refreshing spirit that is best enjoyed chilled. It makes a fabulous martini or we recommend trying it in homemade limoncello bars!

Maple Strawberry Liqueur
The idea for this liqueur originated from our owner/distiller Mike whose family always enjoyed fresh sliced strawberries with their pancakes and maple syrup. One day at breakfast, Mike told his wife what a unique idea it would be for a liqueur, and here it is! This liqueur is fantastic mixed with our maple whisky, and it’s delicious drizzled over ice cream or on your pancakes. Try it mixed with orange juice and honey for a fruit salad glaze.

Raspberry Liqueur
What’s not to love about a raspberry flavored liqueur? Many of our customers think this tastes just like raspberry jam. It’s fruity, sweet and delicious! This can be added to a mule, drizzled in a mimosa, or enjoyed over ice cream. Or keep it simple and drink with no added mixers on the rocks.

This flavor combination is one of our owner Mikes favorite tasting pies! His mom is known for her homemade pies, and Mike thought it would make a great liqueur flavor and he was right! Use this product to make sangria, a cosmopolitan, or keep it simple and mix with flavored seltzer. Also great to use in a trifle or brownie bars!
