Our berry flavored vodka begins with 191 proof grain neutral spirit that is diluted to below 100 proof and carbon filtered. We then add NYS produced strawberry, blueberry & raspberry juice. The vodka is then distilled a third time. This spirit doesn’t contain added sugar and has a subtle berry flavor with just a hint of sweetness. It is perfect for any vodka cocktail!

Our very first spirit produced back in 2013! Made from predominantly corn, with a small amount of rye and malted barley. Our finish runs of vodka are produced slowly in our sixteen foot tall, stainless steel reflux column. Each run takes 20-24 hours and is well worth the time and effort. This finished 191 proof vodka (grain neutral spirit) is also the base for many of our other products. Prior to bottling, we carefully add purified reverse osmosis blending water and carbon filter to achieve a clean, smooth end product. We have gotten excellent customer reviews on how smooth our vodka is!

A savory surprise! Carbon filtered and infused with fresh garlic grown by a family friend. The crushed garlic cloves steep for 2-4 days and then the staff taste tests to make sure we all love the amount of garlic flavor! Customers always ask: “What do you do with garlic vodka?” It makes a delicious Bloody Mary, dirty martini or is great for cooking. We sell a vodka sauce that we had specially made with this vodka, and it has been a huge success for us! (Look for it on our retail display)
