2oz cranberry juice
4oz ginger ale
lime slice (for garnish)

Instructions

Add ice to a Clayton Distillery 16oz Hooch Jar.  Add next three ingredients and stir lightly.  Garnish with fresh lime.

This product offers a genuine cherry flavor, in contrast to a sweeter maraschino cherry flavor.  This is great mixed with lemonade or it’s delicious with Coca Cola or Pepsi for an “adult cherry cola”.

Peach Vanilla Shine

This low proof shine tastes like a sweet summer cobbler! This is delightful mixed with raspberry iced tea, or by itself on the rocks.  One of our customers gave us a great idea to drizzle it over vanilla ice cream and add sliced peaches.

Instructions   

In a Clayton Distillery 16oz Tervis glass, combine all ingredients and stir well.

Fill a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass with ice.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.  Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Two Dog Moonshine

Our version is made from our bourbon mash (83% corn, 11% rye, 6% malted barley) Technically, this is classified as corn whisky.  We double pot distill it to 155 proof and we make very narrow cuts on the finish run for a smooth, sweet, “white dog” whisky.
