Clayton Distillery was established in 2012 and opened for business in April 2013. It is a farm-based distillery located in the beautiful Thousand Islands region of Northern New York, the first of its kind in the area. Our philosophy is simple: Homegrown. Handcrafted. Start with locally grown raw materials, learn from your mistakes, and improve every batch. We continue to operate with this mindset today.
During a visit to our distillery, you can purchase a tasting flight or a drink made with our spirits (please click on the “MENU” tab to see a full list of options (subject to change depending on availability or season). All our products are available for purchase in our retail store. Some can also be found at local liquor stores and at stores in Central and Western New York. We welcome you to join us and discover for yourself that the proof is in the product.
