Bourbon

At Clayton Distillery we make every barrel of Bourbon from scratch. We start with hard water ideal for whisky production and ferment a mash of corn, malted barley, wheat and/or rye. Our double pot distilled bourbon is aged in new charred white oak barrels and bottled at 92 proof as true Small Batch Bourbon.

Breakwater

Ingredients

ice
2oz NY Straight Bourbon
1oz Amaretto
1oz fresh lemon juice
maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.  Add the bourbon, amaretto and lemon juice and shake well.  Strain into a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with cherries.

Maple Flavored Whisky

Maple Flavored Whisky

Our Maple Flavored Whisky is distilled from 100% corn and aged in our used Bourbon barrels. We then infuse locally produced maple syrup and filter before bottling at 80 proof. The only thing you need to add is ice!

The Cruiser

Ingredients

ice
¾oz NY Straight Bourbon
¾oz Cherry Shine 5050
3oz ginger ale
maraschino cherry (for garnish) 

Instructions

Fill a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass with ice.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.  Garnish with maraschino cherry.

The Foghorn

Ingredients

ice
¾oz TI Maple Whisky
¾oz Maple Strawberry
4oz ginger ale
maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

Fill a Clayton Distillery 9oz square rocks glass with ice.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.  Garnish with maraschino cherry.
