Our Maple Flavored Whisky is distilled from 100% corn and aged in our used Bourbon barrels. We then infuse locally produced maple syrup and filter before bottling at 80 proof. The only thing you need to add is ice!

Our Limoncello is produced in small batches with our hand crafted 190 proof grain alcohol used as a base. We hand zest the lemons and steep in alcohol for 90 days before filtering and adding homemade simple syrup. Best if kept chilled.

Rhubarbe Fraise

Our Rhubarbe Fraise (Strawberry) Liqueur is produced in small batches with our hand crafted 190 proof grain alcohol used as a base. We then infuse New York State fruit juice with just the right amount of our homemade simple syrup. Locally produced maple syrup is used in our Maple Strawberry Liqueur. Best if kept chilled.
