DSCN6478At the Clayton Distillery we make every barrel of New York Straight Bourbon Whisky from scratch. We start with hard water ideal for whisky production and ferment a mash of corn, malted barley, wheat and/or rye. Our double pot distilled bourbon is aged in new charred white oak barrels and bottled from single barrels as a true Small Batch Bourbon.

Batch #13.5 Available at the Distillery and your local retail stores. This batch is Recipe #1 which is 60% corn and a blend of wheat, rye and malted barley. The Bourbon was aged for 2 years and 4 months in new fifty-three gallon white oak barrels with a medium char. Less than 100 bottles left as of December 8, 2015. This is our very first batch of New York Straight Bourbon Whisky.
